This software requires the file VBRUN300.DLL be in your path. The
best location for this would be in your Windows system directory.
VBRUN300.DLL is not included on the online distribution to save
download access time. You need only one copy of this file, and it
is available from most online services including local BBS.

Most of the files distributed with this program must remain in the
same directory. There are some which may (and should) be moved to
the Windows System directory. You are not required to move the
files if you do not want to. The game will run just fine with them
in the same directory as the other files.

These files that may be moved are:

mmsystem.dll
ctl3d.dll
picclip.vbx
threed.vbx
vbctl3d.vbx

None of these files should be allowed to replace newer versions,
but should replace any older versions.

Version 1.3 updates the files to Windows 95's 3D color screen and
fixes a problem that users were hanging up after clicking the same
picture twice instead of two different pictures.
